Welcome to Shepherd of the Hills Community Church
Our pastor is Reverend Steven L. Fix
Shepherd of the Hills Community Church exists to help people discover an authentic relationship with Jesus and to assist people in their growth to maturity in that relationship. Hebrews 12:1 – 2 says, “let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles us, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us. Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and the perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame and sat down a the right hand of the throne of God.” This is what we are called to do.
Don't fret or worry. Instead of worrying, pray. Let petitions and praises shape your worries into prayers, letting God know your concerns. Phillipians 4:6 (The Message)

The ABC’s of Coming to Faith in Jesus
A – Admit that you are a sinner who needs a Savior. You simply agree with God that you are a sinner.
B – Believe that Jesus is the only Savior available. The Bible says that salvation is found in no one else. If you need a Savior from your sinfulness, you have only one choice, and that is Jesus – only Jesus.
C – Choose to follow Jesus, to accept Him into your heart. Repentance requires that you make a conscious choice – you actually change your mind about the way that you are living your life; and put Jesus on the throne of your life instead of yourself.
If you have not yet admitted your sinfulness, and you believe that Jesus is the only option for you to engage; if you want to take care of the sin problem in your life, be delivered from its bondage; and if you have not yet chosen to cast your lot with Jesus, then I would invite you to do that today.
Simply pray this prayer:
Jesus, I am a sinner and I need to be saved from my sin. I believe that you died for my sins, that you paid the price so that I could be brought into a relationship with you. That’s what I want. I want to follow you. Come into my heart. Thank you.
